A love of coffee, roasted for our community.
Malek Coffee Roasters started in 2022 when owner Matt Malek turned a personal love of coffee into a small business. What began as a switch from soda to coffee years ago grew into roasting his own beans in small batches.
Matt and his family moved to New Castle in 2019, and the town quickly felt like home. Our Trojan Blend (half Brazil, half Colombia) is named in honor of New Castle High School, a smooth, balanced cup that's become a local favorite.

FAQ
Can I order coffee on this website?
Not here. We sell in person at farmers markets and events. If you can't make it out, email or call Matt and we'll work something out.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is hand-labeled with the date it was roasted. We roast in small batches so you're always getting coffee at its best.
Which roast should I try first?
Most people start with the Trojan Blend, our medium-plus house blend. If you like brighter, fruitier coffee, try Kenya. Not sure? Grab a few 3 oz bags and taste them side by side.
Do you sell to businesses?
